Shipping Policy
- Parcel should be ready before pickup.Maximum waiting time is 15 mins at sender & receiver.
- Maximum 3 attempts would be made in interval of 5 mins to sender and receiver in case their phones are not reachable.
- 1 more attempt will be made to deliver the product if not received. If no how then product will be returned to the sender.
- Parcels that are brittle need to be packaged well using bubble wrap etc. We would not be responsible for breakage in transit.
- Cake parcels are not accepted
- If receiver addresses are incorrect, parcels will be returned to the sender with no refund.
Refund Policy
- Full refund if cancellation requested before pickup.
- 50% refund if cancellation requested after pickup but before Out for delivery
- When Out for delivery, no refund
- Breakage during transit - No refund. sellers are advised to use good packaging for brittle goods.
